Austin Community College District (ACC) is pleased to welcome all vendors, who are interested in doing business with ACC, to our Contract Management Software System (CMS). Our web based system is designed to automate vendor reporting requirements, empowering vendors to maintain accurate contract information, and submit sub-contract payment details online. Our system allows the Certification and Compliance processes to be more user friendly and enables vendors to easily interact with ACC by providing:
Ability to search for certified Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE) firms online using advanced keyword -search capabilities;
Automated communication with contractors via email regarding compliance, certification and contract issues;
Tracking of vendor certification applications from submission to completion;
Online verification of contractor and subcontractor payments;
